Enjoy the City Streets at These June Festivals

As the weather gets warmer, you’ll love spending time mingling with your neighbors on the scenic streets of Philly. Take some time away from your Royal Athena apartment to attend some of these nearby festivals.

 

Philly Pride Parade & Festival — It’s LGBT Pride Month and it’s time to attend the biggest party in town. First up is the Kickoff Party on June 7, where you can enjoy food, refreshments and amusements for all. Then enjoy the parade and festival on Sunday, featuring the hilarious Fortune Feimster and Ian Harvie as headliners.

 

Stroll The Street — Take a walk through Manayunk while shopping and eating. Every Thursday through Aug. 29, take part in local food trucks, vendors and live music at Stroll the Street.

 

West Park Arts Fest 2018 — Indulge in some performances, food, drinks and vendors at West Park Arts Fest. The annual event is sure to impress anyone who appreciates fine art.

 

30th Annual Manayunk Arts Festival — Head across the Schuylkill River June 22-23 to celebrate 30 years of fine arts and crafts across Manayunk. The Manayunk Arts Festival features more than 300 artists along the county’s historic Main Street.
